This truck is as much in the aisle and on the sidewalk as it is in the parking space.

Is this laziness? Does he think its cool that people think he doesn’t care? He obviously cares about things to some degree because he’s invested some money into that exterior. What lie is he trying to sell to the public? Or is it himself he’s lying to?

They are just proving it’s off road prowess.

The best part (and the part I should’ve taken a picture of) was that it had the name and phone number for some contracting company on the side. You can just barely see it if you zoom in on the front door.

Not enough visibility, so they didn’t want to smoosh the car in front. And probably blinds everyone at night with headlights so high.

If you can’t park it, don’t drive it.

Was it’s slogan “I’m a jerk to work for and I underpay my employees”?

It’d be the last company I’d pick to hire.

Have the same gen truck, back in everywhere because the turning radius is so terribad. Love the fact that it is a bunch of work on the lowest trim package truck.

A contractor pulling a work trailer pulled out of a gas station in front of me the other day, into a busy two-lane road with a shared left-turn lane. There was someone IN the shared turn lane, so they couldn’t pull all the way across because they couldn’t see. The person in the turn lane couldn’t turn because the truck/trailer was blocking the entrance to the gas station. I came to a complete stop in the road, it’s a 35mph zone. I honked at the guy and he looked at me with an annoyed expression and put his hands up like, “what am I supposed to do?”
I don’t know, maybe wait to pull out until it’s clear to do so? His name and number were printed in huge letters on the side of his truck. If I were more spiteful I would have done... something. I don’t know what. At least his truck wasn’t stupidly lifted or anything.

I look at a thing like that and all I can think about is, ‘what’s it’s use?’.
When and how often would a vehicle like this be practical?
It probably can’t do much more than this.
If it’s load capacity. This is more practical as it’s a more accessible load bed.
or bit of both.

I’m always amazed at how horrible some people drive with the name and phone number of their employer on the side of their vehicle.
It’s also terrible advertising for their company. To this day I’ll never go to Anthony’s Bakery since one of their vans nearly ran me off the road years ago.

My guess is that in this case it’s a self employed guy.

Am I wrong for automatically ruling out owners like that when it comes to picking a local company? I know the work should speak for itself but when it comes to construction what you see isn’t always what you get.
And a truck like that just screams “ENORMOUS DOUCHE” so I don’t really want to do business with them.
This is also why I’d never advertise on my cars, even though I do detailing.

People do that all the time at the Little Ceasers by my house and park in the handicapped spot in front of it, and also the loading portion in between. I want to stab them. Multiple times. Especially right now since I’m using a walker.

Heard that. I can’t tell you how many times I had to park in the boonies because someone thought they were in too much of a hurry to park legally.
One time, these kids thought it would be funny to park mom’s suburban across three handicap spots while they ran in to pick up their order. I started to let the air out of their tires, but it was taking too long. I wanted to use a key to put a wheel chair symbol on the door Zoro style.

Taking the valve stem out works, but it also creates way too much noise.
It always amazes me how fucking oblivious people are to the shitty thing they’ve done when you point out their illegal parking job. My mom got pissed a few weeks ago when some asshat parked in the loading portion, and I was forced to still park there because right now I can’t park further, and she waited until he got back to yell at him. He acted like he had no idea what she was talking about.

Yeah, and my wife was too antsy to wait also.
People do all sorts of mental gymnastics to justify to themselves what they want to do and still feel like a good person. The people who get maddest are the ones who don’t like to face that they could hurt someone but you forced them to.

Oh JC whitney headlights.....letting everyone know you have no idea what you’re doing.
